    Rental Deposit Required

    All Pickup Rentals require $100 deposit for the Gingerbread House to cover any damage or late fees.

    Once item is returned in same condition as rented on time, you will be refunded the deposit

    Rental Deposit Due one week before event.

    Over 1 Week from Event:

    Due to credit card processing- only 80% of fees are refundable

    Within 4-6 Days of event:

    50% Refundable of Rental/Purchase

    Within 3 days- 

    Only Rental Deposit and Delivery fees Refundable
